Are you passionate about developing transformational strategies and solving complex challenges? Our Reliability Centre of Excellence is seeking a Senior Strategy Manager to develop and drive critical business initiatives that directly enhance service reliability and improve the customer experience. This high-visibility role combines strategic planning, stakeholder leadership, and executive influence to define the future direction of our reliability initiatives. As a key leader, you'll partner with executives and stakeholders across the organization to shape strategic direction and optimize operations.
As a Senior Strategy Manager in our Reliability Centre of Excellence, you’ll shape strategies that strengthen service reliability, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction. By collaborating with senior leaders across Network, Systems, Operations, Finance, and more, you’ll drive initiatives that improve product delivery, uncover business insights, and deliver actionable recommendations aligned with our financial goals and long-term vision.
